Forest fire restriction (CAR 601.15):

NOTAM (CAR 601.16):
- Can restrict flight in its airspace, separate from altitude/distance limits (CAR 601.15(b)).
- Must give fire area location and dimensions, and airspace of fire control operations (CAR 601.16(a)-(b)).
Exemptions (CAR 601.17):

- ATC clearances and radio calls do not exempt.
- Ministerial authorization: carry aboard, follow conditions (CAR 601.17(4)).
Trap: 3,000 ft AGL and 5 NM, not 1,000 ft / 1 NM.
